- CBS News's national investigation into unapproved retatrutide sales at New York bodegas found a vendor operating as "Indr Labs" posting a Certificate of Analysis for a retatrutide vial that purported to be issued by Vanguard Laboratory. Vanguard's operations manager Tori Johnson told CBS News: "We did not issue these certificates, we do not have a client called INDR Labs" — a forged document impersonating Vanguard, not a Vanguard testing failure.
